Deposit and withdrawal minimums and fees
Shuffle does not charge deposit fees, and the minimum deposit is $0.01 (or the crypto equivalent) across all supported assets. Withdrawal minimums depend on the coin:
Token | Minimum Withdrawal Amount |
Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.00015 BTC + network fee |
Ethereum (ETH) | 0.005 ETH + network fee |
Litecoin (LTC) | 0.06 LTC + network fee |
Solana (SOL) | 0.1 SOL + network fee |
Tether (USDT) | 10 USDT + network fee |
USD Coin (USDC) | 10 USDC + network fee |
Minimums for other supported assets are shown in the wallet before you confirm. The withdrawal fee is kept minimal — just enough to make sure the transaction confirms on the network. It's usually under $1, though it varies by network, and it's deducted from your payout and displayed in the wallet before you confirm, so the figure you approve is the figure you receive. Shuffle's terms set no daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps. Deposits credit after the standard number of confirmations for each network.
How deposits work at Shuffle
Depositing takes a few minutes on desktop, tablet, or phone:
Log in to your Shuffle account and open the Wallet.
Select Deposit and choose your cryptocurrency.
Pick the network you want to send on.
Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR code) into your external wallet — for XRP and GRAM, copy the destination tag as well.
Send the funds — your balance credits after the network confirmations complete.
Always match the network in your sending wallet to the network selected on Shuffle; funds sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable. For the full walkthrough with screenshots and coin-by-coin notes, see the how to deposit and withdraw guide.
How withdrawals work at Shuffle
Withdrawals follow the same wallet flow in reverse:
Open the Wallet and select Withdraw.
Choose your cryptocurrency and network.
Paste your receiving address — and the destination tag or memo where the network requires one.
Enter the amount and review the network fee shown.
Confirm the withdrawal.
Double-check the address and network before confirming; blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Additional verification can be requested before a withdrawal is released, in line with Shuffle's licensing obligations — once verification is complete, the withdrawal proceeds as normal. For how quickly withdrawals actually land, measured by independent testers across nine sources, see the instant withdrawals review.
One wallet for casino, sportsbook, and Originals
Your Shuffle balance is a single wallet shared across the entire platform. The same funds are available for casino games, sportsbook markets, and Shuffle Originals, with no internal transfers or separate balances to manage. It works the same way on desktop, tablet, and phone — no app needed.
What is SHFL Convert?
SHFL Convert is a one-way conversion feature that lets you convert BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, or USDC into SHFL, Shuffle's native token, with a minimum of approximately $0.01. Conversions are one-way — SHFL cannot be converted back through the feature. SHFL Convert is operated by the SHFL Foundation outside the Curaçao license. Full details, including how conversions are priced, are in the SHFL Convert article.
Keeping your transfers safe
Before every transfer, verify the receiving address, confirm the network matches on both sides, and include the destination tag or memo where the network requires one. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so a moment of checking protects your funds. If you're weighing where to hold your crypto between sessions, the custodial vs non-custodial wallets guide explains the trade-offs, and the crypto gambling safety guide covers how to protect both your funds and your play.
Shuffle is operated by Natural Nine B.V. and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under license number OGL/2024/1337/0628. You can read more on the license page.
Responsible gambling
Shuffle offers loss limits and wager limits so you can keep your play within boundaries you set, and support is available 24/7 if you have questions about your account or your habits. Every tool is explained in the Responsible Gambling page.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum deposit on Shuffle?
The minimum deposit is $0.01, or the crypto equivalent, across supported cryptocurrencies. The deposit screen in the wallet shows the figure for your chosen coin and network before you send.
Does Shuffle charge deposit fees?
Shuffle does not charge a fee on deposits. You only pay the standard blockchain network fee set by the network itself, which your sending wallet displays before you transfer.
What happens if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Funds sent on an unsupported or mismatched network may be permanently unrecoverable. Always select the same network in your external wallet that you selected on the Shuffle deposit screen before sending.
Can I withdraw to a different address than I deposited from?
Yes. Withdrawals can be sent to any valid address on a supported network for that coin — it does not need to be the address you deposited from. Verify the address carefully, as transactions cannot be reversed.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
A withdrawal can show as pending while it completes standard processing checks or while additional verification is requested on the account. Once cleared, it is broadcast to the network.
How long do deposits take on Shuffle?
Deposits credit after the required number of network confirmations for the coin you sent. Faster networks like Solana typically confirm within moments, while Bitcoin requires more confirmations and can take longer during busy periods.
Is verification required to withdraw from Shuffle?
Verification is not required for every withdrawal, but Shuffle can request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, in line with its licensing obligations. Completing verification promptly keeps the process moving.
Which network should I use for USDT or USDC?
USDT is supported on ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Polygon, and Solana; USDC on ERC20, BEP20, Solana, Polygon, Base, and Arbitrum. Pick whichever of these your sending wallet supports and make sure the networks match on both ends — and note that USDC on Arbitrum must use the official contract, not bridged versions like USDC.e.
